My Approach

After decades working in Learning & Development, a lesson I keep relearning is this: the most effective learning isn’t built for people, it’s built with them.

Liquid Spaces exists to create digital, virtual and in-person learning environments where private and public sectors can meet, and where learning is fluid, collaboration is real, and ideas turn into action.

I design and facilitate modular, human, and practical learning that supports real transitions and meaningful contribution. This learning is designed to live in the flow of work, lasting beyond a single moment or program.

At Liquid Spaces, learning is a co-creation. I partner with your subject matter experts and teams to build programs that solve the right challenges — not just what seems like a training issue on the surface, but what will truly move support people, systems, and organizations in moving forward.

Onboarding is a particular are of focus, because it’s where culture, capability and performance begin. A strong start sets the tone for everything that follows. The same principles apply to product, process, and performance learning. By keeping learning human-centered and action-oriented, the environments I design can evolve as people, roles and contexts change.
